We deal with a massive range of accommodation, from self-catering studios to exclusive penthouse suites, from B & B´s to private villas. Whether you’re looking for a 2-week family holiday in Florida or a week in a Caribbean paradise, a golfing holiday with friends or a skiing holiday in the Alps, a romantic weekend in Paris or a short break in Scotland. Whatever kind of holiday you´re looking for, ANU will deliver.
B. Membership Consultant - “White Glove” Customer Service Program
All members will receive unparalleled levels of customer service through the ANU Points Club Concierge Service. Each client will be assigned their own Membership Consultant who will be on-hand to assist in every aspect of booking the holidays. All resort queries and reservations will be dealt with directly through the members delegated Membership Consultant. This ensures that each client gets the maximum benefits from taking part in our promotion.
Your designated Membership Consultant is on-hand to assist in booking your accommodation, flights, car-hire, travel insurance, transfers – we can even book tickets for excursions and attractions for while you are on holiday. You deal with the same person at every stage of the booking process and we pride ourselves on offering a highly personalised service.

ANU have contracts with over 32,000 resorts and hotels all throughout the world. We have access to massively discounted accommodation offers and we pass these savings onto our customers. All reservations are done via the telephone and Internet which decreases our overheads significantly and provides our customers with incredible savings when booking their holidays.
D. No Sales Presentations or Long-Term Commitments
We have direct contacts for all 32,000 plus resorts in our resort directory and we have no affiliation to any form of timeshare – we simply offer discounted accommodation all over the world. This means that you will never be obligated to attend any form of sales presentation, sales meeting etc. when travelling with ANU. Furthermore, your Membership Consultant will also contact your destination resort before you travel to enforce our “non-solicitation” policy, ensuring that you are free to enjoy your holiday. All holidays booked through ANU are fully bonded by ATOL and ABTA for your piece of mind.
By taking part in our one-year trial membership, you are not committing yourself to any form of recurring membership. The starter package is simply a one-off promotion aimed at showing the benefits of our holidaying system. The one-year trial membership gives you a 12-month booking window, which commences from your desired activation date. If you’re not in a position to use your holidays immediately, you can leave your activation date open and confirm your desired activation date at a later time with your Membership Consultant.
You can book a year in advance at any time throughout your 12-month booking window giving you, in effect, 2 full years from your activation date to travel. For example, if you set your activation for July 2009, your booking window will last until the end of June 2010. You can book a year in advance at any time throughout this window – allowing you to travel any time between July 2009 and June 2011!
Once you have used your allocation of holidays with us, there is absolutely no obligation to purchase from us again in the future. However, it is our aim to impress you enough throughout your trial with us that you will book your future holidays with us, but you are not committed to do so.

Due to the fact that we are a non-timeshare organisation, we are not tied to only offering accommodation in weekly intervals. You can use your ANU points for long weekends, midweek breaks, weeks, fortnightly holidays or even on a nightly basis.
With ANU you can also travel in any party size. You are not restricted to travel as a party of 2 or 4. If there are more travellers in your party, we can accommodate you in multiple units or source larger accommodation such as a villa.
Your Membership Consultant is also available for advice on booking specialist holidays such as skiing holidays, golfing breaks, safaris, cruises, city breaks etc.
